Return + Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. 

If an item is damaged/broken, please email your order number and photos of the damage to admin@thefullmoonshop.com, within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
